Sohadot.com is a domain marketplace and tools platform. We help domain investors buy, sell, value and discover domain names. We are operated by an individual domain investor and broker.

We collect minimal data to operate our services:

Domain broker form — Name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), domain name and asking price. This is submitted voluntarily when you use our Sell a Domain form.
Valuation tool — Domain names entered for valuation. These are processed locally in your browser. No domain search is stored on our servers.
Analytics — If we use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, GDPR-compliant), we collect anonymous page view counts and referring URLs. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

To respond to domain sale inquiries submitted via our broker form
To contact you about your domain listing or valuation
To improve our tools and content (via anonymous analytics only)

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website does not use tracking cookies. The domain valuation tool may use your browser's local memory temporarily to display results — this data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

5. Third-Party Services

Our site uses the following third-party services:

Google Fonts — Typography delivery (no tracking)
WhatsApp — Contact and broker inquiries
GitHub Pages — Website hosting
Anthropic API — Optional AI valuation (only if user provides their own API key; no data is stored)

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data submitted through our broker form. To do so, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your request.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and portability of your data.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. We do not store payment data — all transactions are handled through trusted platforms (Sedo, Dan.com, Afternic, Escrow.com). Form submissions are sent directly to our WhatsApp — we do not operate a database of personal information.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
